BoHa Back to Basics Yoga is the foundation of your Yoga understanding and practice. In this class, you will learn how to train your body to breathe and your mind to focus by practicing fundamental yoga poses, such as Sun Salutations.

This class promotes mental focus and balance through postures, breathing, and meditation. This gentle practice develops strength, flexibility, and balance but also calms the mind and encourages a relationship with the self. In this level, you will start to develop your own practice and gain confidence in class as you prepare to transition to your next level, Slow Flow.

This is an all-level class, ideal for beginners, seniors, and individuals recovering from injuries.
